Subject: [PATCH] chore(repo): ignore artifacts and generated datasets

git status was polluted by 100+ untracked entries: scratch notes, inference output, index caches and multi-MB JSONL datasets. The datasets are regenerable via prepare_data.py, so they are ignored instead of committed.
